The day we complete your installation is the day we start the next phase of our relationship. That is when SL Care begins - our remote and on-site support for your system. It’s our responsibility to be sure all the bits and pieces that make up your technology solution perform properly today, tomorrow, and for years to come. We treat your home as a respite from the outside world. We take care of system integrations, programming, software, networks, connectivity to your internet service; as well as diagnosis, troubleshooting, monitoring, updates and maintenance. Additionally, we schedule periodic health visits to clean, calibrate, update your software and hardware, and run performance checks on your system. Commercial plans available.

Plan members get 24/7/365 support and service. Non-plan members are limited to business hours and have lower priority scheduling status than plan members, and none of the benefits.

ANNUAL TECH REVIEWS

Our support team provides on-site annual review of your technology to make sure you are getting the most from your system, from checking device status to insuring all the equipment and systems are working properly. An audit will render any issues and our recommendations for remediation.

PRIORITY SCHEDULING

ANNUAL SYSTEM UPDATES

With technology always changing our annual system updates ensure your home technology is always up to date. Our support team provides on-site annual visit to update all your equipment and software, making sure you always have access to the most current system functionality and features.

Stay ahead of the game with Preventative System monitoring. Our technology experts monitor and diagnose any issues with your system before you can notice there is one. From equipment failing to your internet going down Avidia has you covered with our preventative system monitoring.

EXTENDED SERVICE HOURS

We offer support anytime you need it. Our support team is available for extended service hours, for both remotely and if we need to go on site. Our best plan includes weekend hours as well.
